All just around the corner

Why travel around the world when you can have it all in one country? Fosters? Brewed in Reading. Kronenbourg? Also brewed in Reading. Budweiser? Made in Mortlake, London. Kirin? Brewed in Bedford. Carlsberg? Brewed in Northampton. Guinness? Brewed in Park Royal, London. And finally Boddingtons: Not made in Manchester any more.

I guess it's time to turn to microbreweries. Having picked it up from the brewery I'm quite certain that Islay Ale is brewed on Islay and that Arran beers are brewed on Arran. And the next time I'm up in Scotland I'm going to try to visit Loch Fyne brewery.
