Scotland = Castles, Golf & Bagpipes?

Apparently Scotland is synonym to castles, golf and bagpipes. At least according to a property developer in Alabama, USA, who plans a "residential development with the flavor of old world Scotland".

Will there also be a Nessie clone in the lake in front of the clubhouse?

Side note: The website has some very annoying statistical survey before you can enter, especially if you don't accept cookies. But it looks like you can put all kind of nonsense in the form. I live at Zip Code 98289 (whereever that is), was born 1999 and am female. So far for the statistical value of these surveys "to serve our audience better"...
