If you thought you could send an e-mail to the US President at and receive an answer, then think again. If you want an answer, you now have to go through White House Web Mail. But only if you are a US Citizen or resident, as the FAQ explains (supported by the address details form you have to complete, which only allows American addresses).

But then again, at least you can e-mail the US President, a facility to e-mail the UK Prime Minister "will be made available in August".

Only the German Bundeskanzler seems to be quite easy to reach by e-mail (as long as you speak German and don't use Mozilla)
