Think of America

Tonight on BBC Two and also on the web (Realplayer stream, if the servers survive): What the World thinks of America. Possibly not much. But then again, does the question "What does the world think of America" make sense? The country, the people, the government, what is "America"? And what is "Anti-American"? Is disagreeing and disliking the right-wing Bush government anti-American?
