Let's Listen To Some Music
Somehow I have to take my mind off the job search and related thoughts occasionally, music is an excellent means for that. There's quite a lot on YouTube, here a few I liked today:
- Bruce Springsteen - Thunder Road (Hammersmith Odeon 1975)
- The Boss can do covers as well: R&R medley: Devil With a Blue Dress/ Good Golly Miss Molly/ CC Rider/ Jenny Take a Ride
- Two giants at once: Bruce Springsteen & Chuck Berry - Johnny be good
- The song is fairly average, but I love the video: Travis: Sing
- Travis do Britney: hit me baby one more time
- Boring video but a great song: Idlewild - El Capitan
- Idlewild - you held the world in your arms (live) and the promo video for 'you held the world in your arms'
- Idlewild - Actually It's Darkness, this looks like it was filmed somewhere in the Scottish Highlands
- Still more Idlewild: Love Steals us From Loneliness
- Unfortunately video and sound are not in sync, but just listening to it is nice: idlewild - welcome home - barrowlands 22nd december 2005
