This is one of the funniest sketches I've seen for a while: Internet Helpdesk, or the studio version of Internet Helpdesk. (Broadband recommended for both versions, but in particular the studio version)

Now I know why I'm always on hold whichever help desk I call. Even though I think I can claim that I'm not a 12 o'clock flasher.
