Worst again
Now there's a surprise. Not. Swindon council among 10 worst councils in England. For the second year in a row.
Which is probably why we are likely to see another double digit council tax rise next year. No problem, we only had a 15.3% rise last year.
The next time someone tells me the UK is a low tax country I'll shove them my council tax bill down the throat...
