Dumb Germans?

OK, I think some help from my readers in Germany here. A colleague sent me these pictures, they are (allegedly) from the German version of "Who wants to be a millionaire?". The question is "What is George W. Bush's first name?"

I have the suspicion this is the work of some Photoshop artist. The domain on the picture (reality-inc.com) seems to be fake, there is something under that domain (not necessarily work safe, especially the link at the bottom) but nothing to do with the show.

Or was there really someone so dumb? Does anyone know anything about this?
