The hottest day of the year so far must have been today. Way too hot for me, so I just stayed at home for large parts of the day. Later during the afternoon I drove to Wootton Rivers, where I had a nice walk along the Kennet and Avon Canal. I walked to New Mill and back, taking a break on the way to sit under a tree and read a few stories from Crime in the City

Now the question is, when will the thunderstorms arrive?
