:-( means you are driving too fast

Now that's quite cool: A company has developed a speed display that shows a sad face if you're driving too fast (or a smiling face if you're within the limit). I doubt this will slow down the hardened boy racer, but might work better than just displaying the speed for others (via BBC News Scotland)
