Granny Racer
This probably won't win him many votes, in particular no "grey votes": A Liberal Democrat MP has raised concerns over Hell's Grannies and Hell's Grandpas. As to be expected the usual discussion about cyclists without lights at night follows. And apparently joggers easily reach 8mph (that's running, not jogging) and can cause the same damage as several hundred pounds of steel, plastic, batteries and passenger (yes, they can, but much less likely).
And no, I don't think this needs regulation. The few bad apples don't need to spoil it for everyone else. Apart from the fact that those misbehaving probably won't be stopped by legislation anyway.
